The Woodlynne School has specific registration requirements for students who attend our school. In addition to meeting residency requirements, the State of New Jersey also requires a physical examination by a doctor and certain immunizations.

For Preschool: space is limited - only completed registrations will be considered. Must be 3 or 4 on or before October 1st of the calendar year to be admitted to Preschool. Registration opens March 1st until filled with completed registrations. ALL Preschool students will need a flu shot before December 31st.

For Kindergarten: Child must be age 5 on or before October 1st of the calendar year to be admitted to Kindergarten.

Up to date physicals are required. These are the forms that need to be filled out by a doctor:

• United Health Record Grades PK - 5

• NJSIAA Physical Grades 6-8 (English) , Extra Forms Needed, to be filled out by Parent/Guardian

• NJSIAA Physical Grades 6-8 (Spanish), Extra Forms Needed, to be filled out by Parent/Guardian (Spanish)

No Computer, no problem, a Chromebook is available in the main office to register online.
